摘要: This study compared the expression of genes encoding human leucocyte antigens (HLA)-A, -B, -DP, -DR and -G in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) gastric cancer patients healthy controls. Using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, levels classical HLA-A, -DP non-classical HLA-G mRNA were studied 43 22 In addition, HLA-A,B,C on surface PBMCs measured 30 15 controls using flow cytometry. The mean fluorescence intensity antigen group was significantly lower than mainly present CD4 + CD8 - T-lymphocytes. percentage T-lymphocytes positive for with Levels -B histological grades III IV I II. These data may provide a novel diagnostic research tool cancer.
