Measurements of pressure-induced shifts in the 1-0 and 2-0 bands of HF and in the 2-0 bands of H35Cl and H37Cl

摘要: Fourier absorption spectra of HCl and HF measured at room temperature low pressures were found to show evidence pressure-induced shifts the spectral lines gas only 10 torr. Self-induced for 2-0 band H35Cl H37 bands. There also in same due both bands HF, with indications shift oscillation near-resonant dipole-dipole interactions between HF. Separate measurements made 1-0 isotopic bands, using separately argon, neon, nitrogen carbon dioxide as perturbing gases.
