摘要: A unitary sterility indicator and a method for its use, the comprising an outer container having liquid impermeable gas non-absorptive walls, gas-transmissive, bacteria opening therein; contained within container, detectable amount of source active enzyme and/or another microorganism commonly used to monitor sterilization; sealed, openable inner containing aqueous medium nutrient growth medium, disposed in container; substrate system capable reacting with produce enzyme-modified product detector material sensitive growth, one containers; means restricting area which growing microorganisms are contained, after is opened, less than volume solution container.
