摘要: The hornet possesses highly toxic venom, which is rich in toxin, enzymes, and biologically active peptides. Several bradykinin-like peptides, vespakinins, have been found wasp venoms since 1970s, but the mode of biosynthesis these peptides unknown. In present study, a vespakinin M was purified from venom Vespa magnifica. Its primary sequence established as GRPPGFSPFRID. cDNA encoding cloned library V. magnifica gland. structure to contain coding region 168 nucleotides. encoded precursor composed signal peptide, an acidic mature peptide M. This first kininogen insects; it also invertebrates. suggests that generation bradykinin-related different amphibian skin mammalian blood system.
