摘要: Bamboo species are difficult to identify because flowering material is seldom available and taxonomy of necessity based on vegetative characters. To evaluate the utility restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis in bamboo systematics germplasm screening, a library random genomic probes from Phyllostachys nigra PstI was constructed. Probes were used screen consisting mostly temperate bamboos genus Phyllostachys. RFLP variation abundant, species-specific patterns readily obtained. Chloroplast DNA showed little among accessions analyzed.
