摘要: Abstract Introduction To describe and demonstrate the use benefit of robotic-assisted laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy in treatment posthysterectomy vaginal vault prolapse. Technical considerations The procedure combines standard laparoscopy with daVinci robotic system. patient is placed dorsal lithotomy position. One camera port, two ports, ports are transperitoneally. Standard dissection, combination an intravaginal retractor, used for initial anterior posterior mobilization exposure sacral promontory. robot then docked to suture a silicone Y -shaped graft from vagina Culdoplasty, plication uterosacral ligaments, performed, final step, retroperitonealization graft. Conclusions A total 5 women have undergone this procedure, 3 concomitant pubovaginal sling placement. All were discharged after 24 hours. No complications reported; however, 1 experienced transient bleeding related portion case. recurrent anterior, posterior, or apical prolapse has occurred at mean 4 months follow-up. Using system facilitated precise intracorporeal placement so that could be done fashion similar open method. Robotic-assisted may provide same long-term durability minimally invasive approach.
