摘要: Abstract Background The link between Vitamin-D deficiency and type 2 diabetes (T2D) is well-established. Since prediabetic obese populations have the greatest risk to develop T2D, it was important in our study examine serum 25(OH) D3 concentration among patients evaluate correlation level of vitamin D BMI, FBS, HOMA IR HbA1c prediabetes patients. Methods A multicenter case control carried out 101 persons & 50 controls, after obtaining consent from subjects clearance institutional ethics committee. Serum level, Plasma levels glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) fasting insulin were measured by ELISA both groups enrolled study. Results prevalence vitamin-D deficiency/insufficiency (73.3%) (n = 74) individuals. Also, significant inverse observed body mass index(r = - 0.28, P = 0.004); blood sugar (r = - 0.22, P = 0.002); resistance 0.25 P = 0.01); HbA1C 0.2, P = 0.004). Conclusions High exists individuals there IR, level.
