摘要: The identification of risk factors for acute rejection (AR) may lead to strategies improve success kidney transplantation. Ectonucleotidases are ectoenzymes that hydrolyze extracellular nucleotides into nucleosides, modulating the purinergic signaling. Some members Ectonucleotidase family have been linked transplant processes. However, association Ectonucleotide Pyrophosphatase / Phosphodiesterase 1 (ENPP1) with AR has not yet evaluated. aim this study was evaluate between K121Q polymorphism ENPP1 gene and in patients. We analyzed 449 subjects without 98 from a retrospective cohort patients Southern Brazil. genotyped using allelic discrimination-real-time PCR. Cox regression analysis used freedom according genotypes. Q allele frequency 17.6% recipients 21.9% those (P = 0.209). Genotype frequencies were Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium non-AR 0.70). Q/Q genotype (recessive model) associated (HR 2.83, 95% CI 1.08-7.45; P 0.034) after adjusting confounders factors. Our findings suggest novel 121Q/Q recipients.
