摘要: The rat femoral vein has become a standard model for microvascular anastomosis practice as well research investigations into various manipulative influences upon venous patency. Although grafts to the artery are focus of many experimental studies, few reports have investigated vein-to-vein grafts. This study examines short-term patency (1-3 days) interpositioned vein. Several factors studied their ability alter rate. results indicate that is difficult achieve following creation second serial (construction graft). Systemic heparin consistently improves rates, and trends toward increased seen reduction in longitudinal tension repaired vessel. It also implied deeper understanding hemodynamics thrombotic events may lead improved methodologies clinical applications microvenous repairs. These provide challenging training model, while introducing novice microsurgeon some complicating encountered with grafting.
