摘要: Objective Microarterial anastomosis is now seldom performed for treatment of atherosclerotic occlusive cerebrovascular disease. However, a small but significant number procedures still require this technique. When surgeon's clinical experience limited, regular practice required to maintain and improve surgical skills. The present training system involves passage from suturing synthetic materials (such as Silastic tubes) with experimental living animals or cadavers. these methods are neither convenient nor practical daily exercises rehearsals. I unique exercise microarterial anastomosis, using chicken wing artery. Methods A brachial artery can be extracted wing. 5 6 cm long measures approximately 1 mm in diameter. used end-to-end, end-to-side, side-to-side under the microscope. Results Several advantages noted: cheap, manage, easy obtain, specific facilities anesthesia needed. Moreover, diameter structure material identical those human cortical vessels, making rehearsal quite similar actual experience. Conclusion This useful not only young surgeons who wish learn microsurgical techniques also more experienced need their
