摘要: The herbicide, 4-chloro-5-(methylamino)-2-(α,α,α-trifluoro-m-tolyl)- 3(2H)-pyridazinone (San 9789), an inhibitor that prevents both carotenoid and chlorophyll accumulation normal chloroplast development in white light, does not affect the physiological effectiveness of phytochrome dark-and light-grown plants. Red/far red reversibility growth inhibition, stimulation anthocyanin synthesis, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase synthesis are significantly different plants grown with without San 9789. Despite complete absence photosynthesis, flowering could be induced long day plant Hordeum vulgare L. when sucrose was provided to leaves. Since nonphotochemical reactions also affected by 9789 may used as a tool study system spectrophotometrically for relatively periods under high intensity light.
