摘要: The main target of this work was to explore the proliferative impact selenium dioxide nanoparticles (SeO2) and dioxide/titanium nanocomposites (Se/Ti (I), (II) (III)) on mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). For purpose, SeO2 Se/Ti (III) were prepared by facile one step method characterized transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Zetasizer, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) scanning microscope (SEM) along with energy-dispersive spectrometry (EDX) reference nanoparticles. Also, MSCs isolated from rat bone marrow (BM-MSCs) adipose tissue (ADSCs), propagated flow cytometry. Thereafter, effect fabricated nanomaterials investigated MTT assay. TEM DLS results, revealed that average particle size suggested in nanoscale. XRD pattern showed well crystalline structure for nanocomposites; decreasing phase observed increasing wt% TiO2. designed effects most prominent exerted 2 µg/ml 5 µg/ml ADSCs 20 µg/ml 10 µg/ml BM-MSCs. Therefore, these newly have a promising influence proliferation they are recommended be utilized filed engineering.
