摘要: A quantum computing device that includes a plurality of semiconductor adiabatic qubits is described herein. The are programmed with local biases and coupling terms between represent problem interest. initialized by way tuneable parameter, tunnel within each qubit, such the remain in ground energy state, initial state represented being superposition |0> |1> states. parameter altered over time adiabatically or relaxation mechanisms maintain large fraction occupation through decreasing barrier qubit appropriate schedule. final when effectively zero represents solution to basis, which can be accurately read at location.
