摘要: The new method of in-situ desulfurization with mechanical stirring type impellers was introduced, in which the bubble's dispersion and disintegration magnesium vapor were key to boosting efficiency increasing utilization rate magnesium. Effects different on bubble studied through image analysis, gas-liquid mass transfer, power consumption levels impeller structures. results showed that sloped swept-back blade impeller-2 produces optimal disintegration, as well higher volumetric transfer coefficient CO2 gas while consuming least power. Numerical simulation result Fluent software also has turbulent kinetic energy better velocity distribution than other two impellers.
