摘要: Zr-substituted β-FeSi2 thermoelectric materials, Fe1−xZrxSi2, were synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA) and subsequent hot pressing, the effects of Zr substitution on phase transformation properties investigated. The samples with x up to 0.06 mostly composed Zr-doped β small amounts e ZrSi phase.
