摘要: Abstract In these experiments a large portion of the pelvic ganglion adult female rats was transplanted into wall urinary bladder same animals. The morphology and fine structure transplants were studied in whole-mounts sections for light electron microscopy, from two days up to four months after operation. general architecture preserved all transplants. vascularization re-established. Nerves grew out transplant connections with original intramural nerves established. All synapses degenerated at time transplantation; new began reappear on neurons oldest Although some during first few days, majority survived full length (four months). Satellite glial cells small intensely fluorescent had similar distribution as control ganglia. results show that homotransplant has high rate success, terms survival, maintenance structure, growth re-connections; organisms display plastic regenerative abilities.
