摘要: Abstract An A-site ordered perovskite manganite LaBaMn 2 O 6− δ ( ≅ 0.5) film was fabricated by means of an excimer laser assisted metal organic deposition (ELAMOD) method and epitaxially grown on a SrTiO 3 (0 0 1) substrate. The crystallized in [0 1 0]- [0 0 1]-oriented domains that were confirmed X-ray diffraction. structure formed at 500 °C under KrF irradiation fluence 140 mJ/cm for 60 min Ar flow. A 6 obtained oxygen annealing the as-prepared 3 h. magnetization showed ferromagnetic transition 330 K, electrical resistivity exhibited semiconductor-metal 330 K. magnetoresistance (MR) effect observed below 370 K, MR efficiency up to 135% 300 K 9 T. ELAMOD process is expected serve as new key technique fabrication thin films.
