摘要: Abstract Background The novel influenza A H1N1 (A[H1N1]pdm09) strain emerged in 2009, contributing to significant morbidity and mortality. It is not known whether illness associated with A(H1N1) pdm09 the post-pandemic era exhibits a similar disease profile. Objective objectives of this study were compare burden from 2009 pandemic year years (2010–2014), explore potential reasons for any differences. Study design We conducted retrospective cohort inpatients admitted Children’s Hospital Colorado positive respiratory specimen May–December, December, 2010–April, 2014. Univariate multivariate analyses demographics clinical characteristics patients during two periods. Results There 388 117 years. Ninety-four percent all was observed 2013–2014 season.
