摘要: AbstractContext: Conventional pain management approaches have limitations such as gastrointestinal side effects, frequent dosing, and difficulties in swallowing medications. Hence, to overcome these limitations, we developed a transdermal analgesic patch.Objective: This study was designed formulate drug adhesive patch with codeine (CDB) acetaminophen (APAP) that may potentially treat moderate children.Materials methods: Three drugs hydrocodone bitartrate, CDB APAP were screened by slide crystallization using polarized light microscope their permeation profiles studied vertical Franz diffusion cells across porcine ear skin, dermatomed human skin epidermis for 24 h, the samples quantified high performance liquid chromatography.
