摘要: A bramble-like ZnO array with a special three-dimensional (3D) nanostructure was successfully fabricated on Zn foil through facile two-step hydrothermal process. possible growth mechanism of the proposed. In first step process, crystal nucleus Zn(OH) 4 2− generated by zinc atoms and OH− ions fold together preferentially along positive polar (0001) to form needle-like array. second nuclei adjust their posture keep c-axes vertical perching sites due sufficient environmental force further grow direction so as The electrochemical properties needle- arrays anode materials for lithium-ion batteries were investigated compared. results show that material exhibits much better lithium storage than sample. Reasons enhanced performance investigated.
