摘要: Rotor-like ZnO was grown from a mixture of rod-like powder and saturated Zn(OH)42− solution under moderate hydrothermal conditions at 100 °C, in which the precursor crystal plane acts as matrix core, branched nanorods showed fast epitaxial growth on six directions around prism core.
