摘要: Abstract Large-scale uniform nutlike ZnO microcrystals are successfully synthesized via a facile hydrothermal process at low temperature (95 °C). The structure and morphology of the products characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) transmission (TEM). results reveal that as-prepared have average length 2.2 µm diameter 1.8 µm, possessing single crystal wurtzite structure. possible formation mechanism is proposed. samples exhibit excellent ethanol sensing properties operating 250 °C detecting as 1 ppm.
