摘要: We report the nanostructures and gas-sensing properties of Zinc oxide nanosheets prepared by hydrothermal method. In particular, needlelike was also for comparison. The morphology structural were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) transmission (TEM). Subsequent measurement between nanoaciculars indicated that exhibited higher gas response to ethanol. enhanced sensing suggests governing shape surface structure nano is a significant approach developing high performance sensors.
