摘要: Here we report an easy and rapid synthesis technique of wurtzite ZnO nanostructures in the form flowers, nano-rods nano-tubes that are achieved by a facile hydrothermal method. A growth mechanism is proposed based on series temperature dependent experiments keeping other parameters during aqueous medium at optimized levels. Pure results while Sr doped material forms flower tube like structures. The XRD TEM investigations show possess good crystalline structures with direction along c-axis crystal plane. Raman spectra confirm five phonon vibration modes for 99, 333, 382, 438 582 cm−1 one more defect induced low intensity peak 663 ZnO. Ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy shows band gap energy decreases from 3.24 to 3.22 eV substitution into lattice. Photoluminescence reveal existence several states all samples. Defect seems negligibly affected variation temperature, whereas, doping plays major role controlling oxygen Zn related defects. I–V characteristics rectification behaviour Schottky diodes.
