摘要: Dinoflagellates in the genus Symbiodinium are crucial components of coral reef ecosystems their roles as endosymbionts corals and other marine invertebrates. The encompasses eight lineages (clades A-H), multiple sub-clade types. clades A, B, C, D most commonly associated with metazoan hosts while D, F, G, H large soritid foraminifera. Recent studies have described a diversity new types within each clades, but no been reported since 2001. Here, we describe clade isolated from foraminifera Hawai'i.
