摘要: This study describes for the first time use of high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) on Klamath (Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, AFA) blue-green algae directly powder suspension. These are considered to be a “superfood”, due their complete nutritional profile that has proved have important therapeutic effects. The main advantage NMR spectroscopy is it permits detection number metabolites all at once. alga metabolome was revealed quite complex, and most peculiar phytochemicals can detected by mycosporine-like amino acids (porphyra-334, P334; shinorine, Shi) low molecular weight glycosides (glyceryl β-d-galactopyranoside, GalpG; glyceryl 6-amino-6-deoxy-α-d-glucopyranoside, ADG), compounds with high nutraceutical value. presence cis-3,4-DhLys time. molecule could involved in anticancer properties ascribed AFA.
