摘要: BACKGROUND The advantages of posterior lamellar keratoplasty (DSAEK) compared to conventional full thickness are faster visual rehabilitation, little change in astigmatism and the absence suture-associated complications. current study evaluated satisfaction first 15 patients who underwent DSAEK at our clinic. MATERIALS AND METHODS Evaluation patient was conducted via a telephone survey by means written questionnaire. were asked answer questions on scale from 1 (very bad) 10 good) about their overall with this procedure, achieved postoperative acuity, progress healing process extent perceived burden. also whether they would opt again for operation. Pre- IOP, topographic corneal pachymetry analysed. RESULTS eyes analysed (12 women 3 men). Average age time operation 75 +/- 7 years. Visual acuity increased decreased primarily within three months. During that there an increase which finally reached 6.9 1.8 scale. Postoperative awarded 7.2 2.0, 7.4 2.3. procedure not as big burden (8.0 1.9) most have decided (8.2 2.0).
