摘要: Osteoporotic hip fractures have a profound impact on the physical health and psychosocial wellbeing of patients. In addition, osteoporosis has considerable economic implications is projected to become an increasing burden developed economies over coming decades. Nevertheless, risk factors for both fracture are well understood preventable, often with only minor lifestyle changes. This narrative review explores pathological process underlying considers how each major contributes pathology this disease. It hoped that greater understanding individual will result in renewed efforts promote increased bone density before patients present fracture.
