摘要: Wnt signaling is essential for neuronal development and the maintenance of developing nervous system. Recent studies indicated that modulates long term potentiation in adult hippocampal slices. We report here different ligands are present neurons rat embryo rat, including Wnt-4, -5a, -7a, -11. Wnt-7a acts as a canonical ligand neurons, stimulates clustering presynaptic proteins, induces recycling exocytosis synaptic vesicles studied by FM dyes. Wnt-3a has moderate effect on vesicles, no Wnt-1 Wnt-5a was detected. Electrophysiological analysis slices indicates Wnt-7a, but not Wnt-5a, increases neurotransmitter release CA3-CA1 synapses decreasing paired pulse facilitation increasing miniature excitatory post-synaptic currents frequency. These results indicate function modulated signaling.
