摘要: The effectiveness of mixed micelles in promoting nasal absorption peptides has been demonstrated vivo by employing insulin as a model compound. Insulin the absence adjuvants was not absorbed following intranasal administration. results confirmed previous findings others that via alternative routes required enhancers. Mixed between NaGC and linoleic acid were found to rapidly deliver into systemic circulation, with concomitant decrease plasma glucose. extent hypoglycemic response significantly greater than produced alone (55 vs 47%, P < 0.05). Emulsion acid, on other hand, did produce any significant absorption. thus supported situ data more effective or peptides. Histopathologic examination rat mucosa revealed morphological alterations caused mild moderate severity even after 5 hr exposure. However, studies involving frequent prolonged exposures are necessary assess practicality these before clinical application can be attempted.
