摘要: The NusB and NusE (ribosomal protein S10) proteins function in transcription translation. two form a complex that binds to the boxA sequence found leader RNA of rrn operons; is required for antitermination operons. Although binding these bacteriophage lambda nut site has not been observed, both as well are N-mediated antitermination. Studies identifying amino acid changes caused by mutations nusB nusE relating altered reported. It concluded essential an effective contribution mutation may be changed allow more-effective variants.
