摘要: An iron-phthalocyanine polymer has been characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The electrical properties of resistivity, dielectric constant the thermally stimulated depolarization effect have investigated in temperature range 30–240°C. thermoelectret shows two current peaks at about 176°C 200°C. unpolarized sample also displays a pyroelectric on heating, indicating possibility ferroelectric polarization. A temperature-dependent measurement exhibits maximum around 180°C which is likely due to electret peaks. results compared with monomer interpretations are made terms highly delocalized π-electron system phthalocyanine macrocycle being further extended polymerization.
