摘要: Abstract A thiourea-formaldehyde condensate was synthesized in an acid medium and characterized by elemental analysis, infra-red spectroscopy, thermal methods of analysis. The thermally stimulated depolarization effect studied samples polarized under different conditions. results indicate two distinct transitions the temperature ranges 94°–100°C 122–126°C. polarization-depolarization phenomena were correlated with physicochemical changes occurring matrix. Depolarization kinetics data such as activation energy relaxation times electrets are reported.
