摘要: Modulating retro-reflectors provide means for free space optical communication without the need a laser, telescope or pointer tracker on one end of link. These systems work by coupling retro-reflector with an electro- optic shutter. The modulating is then interrogated cw laser beam from conventional communications system and returns modulated signal to interrogator.
