摘要: Sustainability is an essential theme for business. In order to compete, strategies need be improvised and efficient effective decisions made improved sustainability performance. Despite management’s apparent knowledge of this, it appears that challenges persist with sustainability’s embeddedness in decision-making its implementation practice. this study we propose a metaphor applying integrative view as support management. We offer six antecedents contribute building confirming theory, also provide better understanding current practice around so can developed Employees on all management levels stock exchange listed company provided rich empirical data the study. Through analysis case study, were inductively identified, conceptualized, presented using descriptive labels, namely: A True North Destination—a vision embeddedness; Mountains—three obstacles; Fog—confusion complexity; Myopia—shortsightedness; Navigation Necessities—requirements journey; finally, Chosen Team—selected stakeholders. was found dependent leadership, strategy message structures, performance measures, policies unified culture embeddedness.
