摘要: • From a review of 266 cases reported in the literature and data on 15 other patients operated at Mayo Clinic for symptomatic, annular pancreas, following three conclusions can be made. First, pancreas is an uncommon congenital anomaly, often not becoming symptomatic until late life. Second, complicating acquired disorders must recognized if are to properly prepared surgery. Sometimes associated problems may recognized, whereas overlooked. The chance this happening decreased by methodical inspection entire abdomen, especially all segments duodenum, because annuli occur any segment partially or completely circumferential. Third, while there no single operative procedure choice, published experience militates against direct attack offending annulus. (Arch Surg115:46-50, 1980)
