摘要: A case of anomalous location the pancreas is presented. In this case, head and a part body were found intraperitoneal. The was covered by peritoneum within omental bursa except its tail. Additionally, anterior layer hepatogastric ligament turned over hepatoduodenal continued behind together with which formed posterior wall epiploic foramen (Winslow). also surface directed to right, forming recessus just pancreas.
