摘要: A regenerated plant of chromosomally chimeric character was obtained from callus cultures a variety in Nicotiana tabacum. The chimerism observed the progeny plants, at least through three selfed generations. Cytological observations rooted cuttings axillary buds or stem tips this lineage confirmed chimerism. They were weak growth vigor and showed low seed-set. capsules line more variable size usually smaller than those normal plants. Some “chimeric” for leaf shape, i.e., mixing round nearly leaves sometimes found within individual. In F1s resulting reciprocal crosses between all chimeric, except one plant. Segregation vs. stable plants F2 B1 generations can be interpreted to fit 3:1 1:1 ratios, respectively, combination. On basis segregation data F2s B1s, mode inheritance explained by assuming that is mainly controlled simple Mendelian gene, probably induced during tissus culture processes. Another interpretation results also presented. Inheritance two foliar characters, namely bilateral asymmetry ratio investigated relation chromosomal unstable exhibited larger indices line, however, no significant difference on these lines. differences calculated pooled lines bilaterial asymmetry, but not ratio. suggest tobacco correlated with
