摘要: Epidemiological evidence and laboratory studies indicate that human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV 1) is rarely, if ever, transmitted in saliva or urine. In both specimens are easy to collect, each may be a useful alternative serum for anti-HIV screening. A rapid, simple, robust IgG-capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (GACELISA) suitable the detection of 2 urine was developed. Following optimisation assay, 177 salivary 568 collected from individuals known serostatus were investigated. The 100% sensitive on 50 (median OD/CO = 8.9) 126 urinary 8.6) anti-HIV-positive patients. specificity 127 0.37) 422 0.39) anti-HIV-negative individuals. These findings demonstrate GACELISA HIV + tests an accurate conventional test blood. This satisfactory surveillance purposes and, with appropriate precautions, could used clinically.
