摘要: Besides rheumatoid factor (RF), antikeratin antibodies (AKA) and antiperinuclear (APN), anti-RA 33 antibody has been described as a highly specific antinuclear for arthritis (RA). In this study RA were detected using Western blotting with HeLa cell nuclear extract in group of 94 patients 259 controls. Anti-RA was present 35% patients, similar frequency RF positive (32%) RF-negative (45%) patients. RA-33 also 60% 30 anti-U1 RNP mixed connective tissue disease. The specificity 84.6%. already sera from 23.5% 18 less than one year's duration. the only immunological marker 3/20 cases seronegative adult RA. No correlations found between AKA or APF. Patients erosive whose ESR > = 50 mm after 1 hour more likely to be (47.6% vs 24.4% 42.8% 29.4%). These results suggest that antibody, absence anti-U1-RNP antibodies, can added list helpful serological markers arthritis.
