摘要: OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study is to investigate the incidence aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in Youngdong district for 10 years. METHODS From Jan. 1997 Dec. 2006, 732 patients (327 males, 405 females, mean age: 54.8+/-13.1 years) with spontaneous SAH were admitted our hospital. We reviewed medical records and radiological findings regarding ictus SAH, location size ruptured aneurysms, Hunt-Hess grade Fisher on admission, personal details such as address, age, sex, previous history diseases. RESULTS In these patients, 672 cases confirmed SAH. Among them, 611 (262 349 54.9+/-13.2 came from district. average crude annual men, women, both sexes combined was 7.8+/-1.7, 10.5+/-2.7, 9.1+/-2.1 per 100,000 population, respectively. Because problems related observation period geographical confinement, it suspected that representative should be made during later eight years six coastal regions. Therefore, age-adjusted 8.8+/-1.4, 11.2+/-1.3 10.0+/-1.0, respectively regions 1999 2006. CONCLUSION overall, results not very different observations other studies.
