摘要: Abstract The association of actinomycin D and eleven different deoxyribodinucleotides were studied as model complexes for the interaction DNA. All containing guanine will complex with D, base has a preferred orientation respect to chromophore D. The spectrophotometric binding curve pdG-dC is sigmoidal (Hill constant = 2.0 ± 0.2), while curves all other dinucleotides form pdN-dG are hyperbolic. equilibrium expression was second order in dinucleotide concentration, KApp 1.7 × 107 liter2/mol2, pdC-dG first 1.8 103 liter/mol. shows that preference G-C sequences DNA potential sites.
