摘要: Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (FOL) induces resistance in pepper against the airborne pathogen Botrytis cinerea and soil-borne Verticillium dahliae. However, its practical use is limited due to pathogenicity other crops. In this study we tested several fractions of a heat-sterilised crude FOL-elicitor preparation protect B. cinerea V. dahliae. Only protein-free insoluble fraction reduced infection. none reduce V. dahliae symptoms. The induced expression defence genes plant, namely chitinase (CACHI2), peroxidase (CAPO1), sesquiterpene cyclase (CASC1) basic PR1 (CABPR1). Even though CASC1 gene was not directly after treatment with leaves, it inoculation, showing priming effect. protected through mechanism that involves responses but different living FOL.
