摘要: Natural disasters are, unfortunately, a fundamental part of living on Planet Earth. Earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, and other events will continue to test the strength infrastructure modern society relies on, such as communication equipment like cellular networks. In this work, we propose The Rescue Base Station (RBS) drop-in, solar power compatible, open-source GSM system for scenarios where large-scale calamity disrupts traditional modes communication. operates using asynchronously connected autonomous nodes gathers useful information from users, eventually synchronizing data across network distributed protocols. It connects people through conventional services allowing calls, SMS smart phone features when available. networks also provides series use during disaster, intelligent call routing, attribute based search different characteristics (name, occupation blood group), voicemail services, broadcast alerts, emergency short-codes, which victim can contact available doctors, fire fighters, police rescue workers.
