摘要: Multiple processes are influenced by a protein family named the function of Mitogen Activated Protein Kinases (MAPK), where among tissue morphogenesis, cell-proliferation, cell-differentiation, cell-survival and immune reactions. A consequence this broad role these proteins is that disturbed MAPK signaling possibly leads to severe affects, could even lead development disease or disturb embryogenesis. The human genome encodes for 14 mapk genes. One best characterized transductions pathways Extracellular signal Regulated Kinase 1 2 (ERK1/ERK2). The zebrafish relatively new, genetic accessible model organism, which because their transparency embryos, very suitable study MAPKs in embryonic development. described thesis shows same genes, makes it possible functions proteins, using zebrafish. Further investigations roles ERK1 ERK2 during led new insight have distinct crucial developmental cell migration differentiation tissues types. In addition, was found affect expression common as well target
