摘要: AbstractBackground. The incidence of prostate cancer (PC) has increased during the last 15 years in Denmark, whereas mortality remained largely unchanged. This register study aimed to investigate trends PC and Denmark 1978–2009 with special focus on recent years. Material methods. From nationwide Danish Cancer Registry Register Causes Death, we obtained information all cases deaths 1978–2009. Age-standardised (World Standard Population) rates were computed for five-year calendar periods (1978–2007) a two-year period (2008–2009).
