摘要: Neuronal differentiation is characterized by neuritogenesis and neurite outgrowth, processes that are dependent on membrane biosynthesis. Thus, the production of phosphatidylcholine (PtdCho), major phospholipid, should be stimulated during neuronal differentiation. We demonstrate retinoic acid (RA)-induced Neuro-2a cells, PtdCho synthesis was promoted an ordered sequential activation choline kinase α (CKα) cytidylyltransferase (CCTα). Early after RA stimulation, increase in mainly governed biochemical CCTα. Later, transcription CKα- CCTα-encoding genes induced. Both biosynthesis ERK activation. A novel mechanism proposed which coordinated Enforced expression either CKα or CCTα increased rate amount PtdCho, these cells initiated without as evidenced cell morphology associated with neuritogenesis. The resulting from enforced persistent These results indicate elevated could mimic signals thus determine fate. Moreover, they explain key role plays regeneration.
