摘要: Neuronal differentiation is characterized by neuritogenesis and neurite outgrowth, processes, which are critically dependent on membrane biosynthesis, therefore, the expression regulation of enzymes involved in phospholipid biosynthesis. During last decade a great effort was made to clarify where lipids synthesized, how newly synthesized components reach inserted during elucidate mechanism supply new coordinated with demand for growth. Phosphatidylcholine principal essential component mammalian membranes. This review updates phosphatidylcholine biosynthesis takes place it coordinately regulated neuronal differentiation.
