摘要: Abnormal embryos that arose in our in-vitro fertilization programme were cultured serum-free minimum essential medium (MEM), and those developed into blastocysts up to day 14 after study the influence of various supplements on chorionic gonadotrophin (CG) secretion. Human cord serum, at a concentration 1%, was found be one most effective stimulants for initiating maintaining CG production. A mixture insulin+transferrin+selenium (ITS) stimulated secretion MEM, although output hormone began decline approximately 3 days. Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) produced similar response ITS. Stimulation blastocyst absence serum could also induced with 8-bromo-cAMP. All able evoke 7-8 blastocysts. These studies have shown multiple factors capable inducing production by early On basis these other it postulated receptors insulin, transferrin PDGF expressed preimplantation
