摘要: Abstract A new amide, N-(3,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-3,4-dihydroxybenzamide (1), was isolated from the Pu-erh tea made with leaf of Camellia assamica (Mast.) Chang by special fermentation techniques bacteria and fungus. Its structure established means spectroscopic data analyses, including mass spectrometry both 1D 2D NMR spectroscopy. Human micro-vascular endothelial cell (HMEC) injured H2O2 used as model to test protective effect compound 1 in contrast other known compounds tea. These results suggested that is a very useful prevent H2O2-induced death HMEC.
